Gerrymandering, manipulating districts to favor a certain party, has been one of the most obvious political corruptions of our day. We call upon the Obama Administration to review proposals meant to prevent gerrymandering, including the use of an objective computer algorithm to outline districts or the use of multi-member districts. This issue would need to be resolved at a state level, but a push from the White House would be instrumental.
