Stop getting involved in gun control. This is solely a debate that is to take place between the people and congress.

Whether you're for or against some type of gun control legislation, the debate should not be promulgated from the executive branch of the United States Government. Guns have been essential in this country. They are a big part of our identity and add to the sense of freedom we have in this country. Our collective discussion should be on training. Proper and responsible ownership will lead to a drastic reduction in catastrophic events. Combining this common sense approach with an increase in mental health, will eliminate a vast majority of what has brought about the debate in the first place. Fix an issue with "real" medicine. Band-aids are not a cure all.
