Stop giving away billions to other countries in aid and focus back here in America.

Billions are sent to other countries each year while at home we have way to many problems. We are in debt way over our heads and still giving away money. We have a high jobless rate, our infrastructure is falling apart, health care is questionable at best and we are in two wars. Some people might define this as insane... lets spend that money on paying down debt? curing cancer? rebuiling roads? I dont understand why its better to give money to other countries when you cant even care for yourself.
