Taxpayers of America have for 6+ decades paid up to $4 Billion each year in subsidies for Research & Development to Big Oil producers, all of which have made tens of billions in profits every year. They don't need any of our Tax dollars for that purpose. They must not receive this unfair entitlement going forward.
