stop giving bilion's of american taxpayer dollars to the countries in the middle east that disrespect and slander us.

Any countries that slander, threaten or assault either domestically or abroad any member of the United States Government or it Representatives or citizens will not be entitled to any Foreign Aid in the form of monies, military aid or any other form of American government aid.
Any nation that publicly announce or show through aggression the intent of bringing harm in any fashion to any American citizen will not be given any consideration for American aid.
Any nation that supports or condones the behavior of any radical group or coup that has intentions of bringing harm in any fashion to the United States or it's citizens will under no circumstance qualify for American aid.
The President of the United States of America will not have any powers to bypass Congress on any issue of Foreign Aid.
