Stop giving citizenships to new borns.

Stop giving citizenships to new born children when neither of the parents are citizens or Green Card holders of USA.
It does not make any sense to give citizenship to children when both of the parents are non-immigrant and are on temporary visa like F1, H1, H4, J1, etc.
Loads of people especially from India, China come here on student visa, get a job visa, go back home, get married and get their wife pregnant. Come back, bring their wife here on H4 when the delivery is due soon and have their children born here just to get the children citizenship.
This is not fair to the existing citizens and has to stop. The US government should give citizenship only if both the parents are at least on Green Card or at least one of them is a US citizen if the other is on non-immigrant visa
