Foreign aid is used to help other countries, and used as a bargaining chip. We could use that money here to create jobs by giving small businesses a tax break. Put money towards the infrastructure of the USA that is falling apart. Reinvest the money in this country to help keep our military the most advanced in the world (more jobs). Instead of helping other countries this one should be helped first.
