Carrier in Indiana is planning on laying off American workers and moving their factory to Monterey, Mexico. Carrier's parent company, United Technologies, currently receives $2 billon in government contracts. If they're not gonna keep jobs in the US then they don't need contracts from the US government. Government contracts should be given to American companies employing American citizens.
