Stop giving gun and weapon and money to other countries.To fight wars.They should not get help from usa for doing wrong

It's not right to reward someone for doing wrong. We American give them money to buy more weapon them give them weapon. No wonder the war still going on. This need to stop so if these counties wont stop fighting and starting wars they should get No money and sure not weapon.. They will get NOTHING FOR DOING WRONG AND STARTING WARS. That's everyone we got counties fighting in war we haven't even heard about. Signing this so we can move on and not to reward people for doing wrong. I say wrong because they are all kinds of wrong. All this is a waste of money for game playing for who's bigger then the other. When money should before helping and improving their country .
