There has been crimes where people are getting hard sentences and others have been getting only a slap on the hand for the same charge and yes I feel it's because of race, gender and the county they are in. There are people getting a slap on the hand for murder but going to prison for years for a small amount of drugs.
This really need to be researched and I feel some cases need reviewed.
Then there's the jury, there are people that are on the jury that don't care about what happens, and that's also a problem with people getting sent to jail/prison because I have seen where there was no evidence and the person is still found guilty so please take a look.
