Year after year, the United States continues to give billions of dollars to countries that would like to see the United States wiped off of the map.
We are constantly told it's for humanitarian aid, military training etc. Yet, year after year we hear of billions of dollars that are missing. This is nothing but money changing hands between corrupt politicians.
