An executive order was just passed that takes effect on March 27, 2013. This order gives a raise to the Vice President and all Members of Congress. This order was signed by the President as an executive order.
Freeze all pay raises for the President, Vice President, and Members of Congress until our actual National Debt is reduced. No inflation adjustments should be made on these wages until our National Debt is bellow the Trillion dollar mark, raises should be frozen until our National Debt is reduced by at least half.
