The lack of justice or punishment for convicted sex offenders in this country is as criminal as the crimes themselves. It is no wonder teens and children are now committing heinous acts on video with little to no emotional reaction other than amusement. Our government does NOTHING to protect us from these extremely violent perpetrators. They do not remained locked up until they're too old to reoffend and they are not otherwise made incapable of reoffending. This country should not have REPEAT sex offenders. The damage inflicted on their victims lasts a lifetime. Let the punishment fit the crime for a change. Proven, convicted (DNA) forcible rape, child abuse and sexual assault cases should have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regardless of the perpetrators age. If they understand NO try as adults.
