Recently it was revealed that a man who's incarcerated because the FBI found a significant amount of child pornography on his computer will be released pending trial as long as someone agrees to let him live with them. I believe this is utterly ridiculous, and that parents don't deserve to have to wonder if their children are safe. Something needs to be done to make Federal judges take greater concern for the rights of the innocent, rather than the rights of the accused who may or may not be guilty.
