As of May 9th 2014, the City of Goodyear Police Department has announced that they will arrest anyone who is not wearing a helmet in the Goodyear Skate park, no matter what age they are. This is abuse of power. Skateboarding is an at your own risk sport. It even says it on the boards themselves. Most of the people who skate don't wear a helmet. So it makes them an easy target for the corrupt department. Help stop and make skating fun again.
