Google has taken the right to steal from publishers, and pocket money from published, advertisers, and hundreds of millions in unpaid ad revenue.
Google has a bot that just cancels ad-sense publisher accounts with no explanation or reason and keep the publisher money with no explanation.
There is no proof that they return the money they withheld from the publisher to advertisers.
In most cases there was no fraudulent activity at all and no violation what so ever, but this is a revenue generating scheme, by allowing accounts to accumulate revenue then cancelling the account, with no explanation, reason, or even response or support.
There should be no company in the world that should have that much power to keep money owed, with no recourse, oversight, or proof.
