Stop the goverment and private/ commercial industries from putting black boxes and or recorders in private vehicles.

Created by K.W. on December 07, 2012

We the people ask that the goverment and private industries be stopped from putting black boxes or other tracking mechanisms in privately held vehicles. This is not in regards to known paid and bought for services with permission of the owner, Like ON STAR. But such devices as used by NHTSA, Progressive Insurance or any other company trying to track driving habits or consumers without expressed consent of said person or persons unless said persons sign a waiver. This is an infringment on personal rights. In an emergency this is allowed but daily monitoring is against personal rights and freedom. Where as we respectfully request these companies have no right without written consent to monitor transportation devices.
