stop government and state officials from ignoring complaints made by the poor in the state of Texas. We need help!!!!!!!

For years I have sent emails, certified letters, and faxed privacy release forms to Congresswoman Shelia Jackson-Lee, Congressman Al Green, the State Bar of Texas, EEOC, IRS, and Senator Rodney Ellis here in the state of Texas relating to crooked lawyers, my IRS refund being stolen, getting help for my disabled sister, housing projects filled with criminal activity and being ignored to get Medicaid because my income is more than 200 dollars but I can't afford the healthcare plan offered through Obamacare because I am unemployed. I have been ignored and am still being ignored by state and government offices and I am tired of it. My family and I are struggling to survive and these people I have contacted doesn't seem to care. I don't need to sign privacy release forms just to look legal!!!!!
