Stop government funding for abortion except as necessary to save another life or in the case of an unusual medical condition that the child cannot survive. The U.S. Constitution states that ALL LIFE is CREATED EQUAL, which implies that humans have a right to life beginning AT CONCEPTION. It is the duty of the executive branch, and the oath of the president, to uphold the intent of the constitution of the United States of America. Failure to do so is a violation of the president's oath of office. Priority for funding should be to protect rights specifically declared in the U.S. Constitution, such as the right to life, beginning at the creation of life, i.e. at conception. Therefore, the U.S. Government must not fund or promote abortion except as necessary to preserve another life.
