We the people are concerned about the subversion of the Constitution regarding our right to be left alone and our rights of privacy. Cellphone, computer and the surveillance of our homes and persons should not be allowed without proper checks and balances beforehand, to include, but not limited to, a court order after showing probable cause as being needed for such surveillance. Spying on Americans without proper transparency and court orders violates the Constitution and is also in violation of Federal Statute 18 U.S.C. 241 due to the oppression which results from over reaching surveillance. Further, when a citizen is placed under surveillance a time limit should be placed on the investigation, and or assessment, and proper documentation should be made available in full via FOIA afterward
