If congress has a price to pay for refusing to do there job by passing the budget, then maybe they will get it done. They need to stop playing politics and get the job done. If you would like to see congress pay a financial penalty for refusing to do there job vote for a fine. It is time that the way they do business is changed and they begin to act like responsible adults instead of bickering children. Stop the madness.
