Mr. President, the policy of allowing the NSA to commit warrantless surveillance of the American people is wrong. Monitoring our phone records, watching our internet searches, our Facebook posts, and our family photos is wrong. It assumes that U.S. Citizens are all terrorists and must be monitored at all times.
This surveillance against Americans plays into the hands of terrorists who hate our American freedoms and want to destroy them. We cannot allow the terrorists to win and destroy American freedoms.
We urge you to shut down these programs immediately and destroy all collected data. We urge the White House to act to stop programs like this one from ever being implemented again.
