Frauds who call themselves Immigration Attorneys conspired with many illegal aliens, and then bribed U.S. citizens, who certified under penalty of perjury, that they were aware that the alien was physically present in the U.S. before a specific date in 1982. This condition had to be met to qualify for the 1986 AMNESTY.The Frauds who subsequently got their green cards, applied and became U.S. citizens 5 years later.
Then another batch of aliens, who arrived during the period 1987 to 1999 used Bill Clinton's 2000 LATE AMNESTY BILL and used the same false affidavits, Attorneys and Perjurers to get their Green Cards in 2000.
