Stop groups like the Westboro Baptist Church from picketing funerals and harassing the familys of the deceased.

There needs to be a stature that prevents groups like this from having the right to interact and harass these family's. In lieu of the first amendment it should also be recognized that there needs to be some sort of protection for these family's to conquer the harassment and bigotry that is being forced apon them.
