The second amendment gives US citizens the right to bear arms for more than just hunting. Governor Cuomo's bill is unconstitutional and goes too far. He said we don't need ten rounds to kill a deer, this isn't about hunting. And he should not abuse his post for future gain's ( 2016 presidency).
