Stop gun violence, make laws for committing a crime with a gun a mandatory sentence no good time! The gun didn't do it!

Take the gun out of a criminals hands with out taking our second amendment rights.
Way too many criminals are being slapped on the hands when they get caught with a gun. This should not be a fine! This should mean prison! Make laws like, if your caught with a gun and dont have a permit you get mandatory sentence no good time. 10 years.
If your a gang member or a habitual criminal the sentence should be more. I recommend 2you times.
Use a gun in a crime and its a 20 year minimum.
someone is injured during the crime or cover up you get life. No good time!
This would be more effective then any gun control ever could!!
Why take the rights of our law abiding citizens.
Making laws that take our second amendment rights away is wrong.
