Large corporations hire foreigners with low quality foreign education or workers studied at institutions subsidized by foreign governments. These workers are trained at offshore locations to replace American workers. These offshore locations are funded with US tax payer money. These offshore workers are brought to US on visas like H1B and L1. These visa holders are preferred by large corporations since H1B and L1 workers cannot easily move from one company to another. Basically corporations create a slave workforce on US land. This is the reason average American IT workers salary never increased. Most of these foreign workers act as a gateway to move jobs to offshore locations.
