Stop the H1B visa cap increase from taking more American jobs and look into closing the loopholes as they now stand.

With Large numbers of American IT workers out of work, the H1B visa increase should not be allowed to operate as it has for the past 25 years and should not pass. We want the President to get out in front of the Senate bill and say it is wrong. American IT workers train foreign replacements for wage savings alone and it erodes our Middle class. Loopholes abound and should be closed lest we lose our competitiveness. We offshore Manufacturing to China and now we want to onshore more and more foreign replacement workers to America? We must take care of our own and not allow Companies like Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services to game the system.
