Stop The Haitian Holocaust going on in the DR

The Haitian Holocaust happened in September 1937, when the Dominican Republic's Army was ordered to kill as many Haitians living in the DR as possible. By the time they were done, more than 20,000 innocent Haitians were murdered simply because were black. And no one (the world) cared at that time.
That happened in 1937, now, we're in 2015, Haitians living in the DR are now going through what I call "The Haitian Holocaust 2.0." And more more time the world is turning a blind eye as the DR is rounding up Haitians and packing them in concentration camps.
Haiti is about 700 miles from the United States, did you know that? Is it because Haitians are black? Or is it because we embrace our African roots [unlike the DR who thinks they're NOT black]? Please, Mr. Obama, Help stop Haitian Holocaust.
