The fact that the U.S. organizations such as TMZ, The Paparazzi, People Magazine, Star Magazine,
and OK! Magazine are protected by the First Amendment is wrong. People tend to circumvent the amendment and doesn't realize the poor quality of this situation. This act is deliberately seen as stalking, harassment, and should be a criminal offence. Celebrities and other public figures are doing what they love for a living, their profession. Nothing more.They are humans beings just doing what they love doing just like any average doctor, lawyer, fire fighter, police officer, etc. If this act was done by an "average Joe" or a "plan Jane", this would have been an issue, but the fact that the tabloids are paid to harm others isn't right.This atrocity should be reduced or banned altogether.
