This petition is for those silent voices, who have no choice in having to endure bulling and Harassment, in the work place. To ensure that the government passes a law against those types of abuse in the work force. There are many issues in the retail community that employee have no way fighting for our human rights. Managers bulling hourly employees for after hour unpaid work, or treating said employees with rudeness and disrespect. when those employees make an attempt to go to HR big corporations wash their hands, of any issues and fire those who speak out. We the people want our voices to be heard to put an end to harassment and bulling at work .
