We ask congress to stop the passing of hateful, discriminatory laws against the citizens of the United States. There are more than 100 active bills right now, across 22 states that promote discrimination against the GLBT community. A community that lives, works, PAYS TAXES, has families, and has made their home The United States of America. The bathroom bills are particularly harmful, and the violations range from a ticket to serving jail time. They force transwomen/girls to use a man's restroom and transmen to use a woman's facility. These laws do not make citizens any safer, and they put millions of lives in REAL danger, even suicide hotline calls have increase drastically since the passing of these laws. They violate the rights of these people and are inhumane at best. Take a stand!
