I have tried in vane to sign up my spouse and I jointly and separately to no avail. I have MBA with poor job market, I am forced to care giver job @ $9.5 and same my spouse @ $11.25, to care for 4 kids, mortgage and student's loan. just to archive the American dream. All effort to signup since November 2013 has been met by uncompromising or discouraging none reply from OH Medicade till this last day. I am frustrated. What else can I do. Thanks.
