Create legislation that requires ALL healthcare providers: (Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Laboratories, Testing Centers) to publish detailed pricing in a standardized format enabling the public to use search engines to compare pricing for all services.
The Healthcare industry is the ONLY industry that doesn't publish their pricing up front in a plain understandable format. Every other industry, the consumer first looks at pricing to make a decision. Housing, food, transportation etc ALL list their pricing.
Without this basic piece of information, the industry is clouded in economic inefficiency.
