Stop helping other countries and help our poor!

I am tired of seeing homeless people on the side of the streets. It is seriously so sad to see their tents ups, or laying on building steps. Yes there are homeless shelters, but some are not allowed in the homeless shelters. We send so much money over to other countries, but I dont see too much help for the poor and homeless. More money should go to our country than others. Yes, other countries need help, but our country should come first and help these homeless people get off the streets, in a home, and have a job. It is so sad to see these homeless people... no where to go, and no one to help them.
