The Federal Government has no authority over contractors working for the Federal Government. They can do as they want and not be reprimended or fired if they are not doing a their job. Contractors have been told not to associate with the Federal Employees, yet there are some contractors that are over Federal Employees. We are not to train or reprimend them. So how does that work? They are free to do as they want and are not accountable to anyone in the government. They know that they will not get fired. This is not a contracting environment in any way. They are wasting the tax payors money.
