The owners of Hobby Lobby are currently in the court arguing that their corporation should not have to cover certain types of birth control medications based on their personal religious beliefs. If this is allowed it will open a loophole for all corporations to say "religious beliefs" and be able to get around anything they want. If a business is not clearly religiously affiliated, a Christian book store for instance, they should not be allowed to claim religious beliefs as a defense against the law. This is a separation of church and state. Hobby Lobby is a corporation in the business of making money, not a religious business trying to enrich people’s lives. They have employees and customers of many religions and cultures and should not press their personal beliefs on employees.
