This is the only country that taxes its citizens that live and work abroad and refuses to allow them to drop their citizenship even if they aren't coming back. Make it easier for Americans that want to live abroad to move out of the country and sever their ties with this government if they so choose to do so. Right now only the richest Americans abroad can afford to drop the citizenship causing them financial hardships. Allow Americans leaving looking for opportunities abroad to be treated as free people and not like the indebtured servants they are treated like today.
