Stop holding working class money for a year by way of federal withholding. Using it for your government's own purposes.

Stop with holding federal taxes for people that make less than 38,000 a year and not paying interest. If you tried to do that to any major lobbying group there would be a storm. We are broke. Please stop taking our money then not paying us interest on it. We can't afford it.
