Political fundraisers held in private homes force roads to be shut for hours for security for the President, VP, and candidates. This hurts workers who can't get to work, businesses whose customers can't get to stores, and residents who can't get to doctors or pick up their children, etc.These fundraisers could be held in public locations (hotels or restaurants), but rich donors like to brag that the President visited their home. It is unfair and un-American that a few rich donors are allowed to hurt thousands of regular people this way. The President should protect the regular people, not rich donors, by refusing to attend fundraisers unless they are held at public locations that do not harm so many regular people.
