Insurance rates or escrow ( what the loan companies like to call it ) has been going up or drop in the gulf coast region for years now. I think they should have some kind of watchdog group, whether it be state or federal, approve the rate hikes or drops. This would give the American People a more stable life and have some say so over what they want.
