I know just in my city 3 major housing tracks being built. We are in serious drought yet homes are still being built like there is no issue. An average family home uses 12,000 gallons of water just inside there home a month "Not including outside watering".
So let's put a stop on home building and manage the water we have left for the millions of homes we have already to supply.
