H.R. 378 seeks to ban civilian ownership of body armor. "We the People" are guaranteed the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness and preventing civilians from owning personal protection is in direct violation of that right.
This petition proposes that H.R. 378 be terminated, or rewritten to ban sales only to felons with the enforcement of background checks to insure compliance.
