We petition you to stop the Human Rights Violations committed by the Islamic State In Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The United States of America cannot sit idle while civilians are being systematically executed in ISIS controlled territory. Children are being beheaded, women are forced to become wives while their husbands are being hanged. The human right to life must be upheld.
