Due to the continued instances of blatant disregard for the value of human life when police officers encounter citizens, We The People want Action from the U.S. government to initiate the following and more:
1. Create a national data base to stop abusive police officers from being hired. (Much like data base to prohibit sex offenders in certain situations)
2. Create a national organization dedicated to enforcing diversity of community public safety positions. And to hire Police Chiefs.
3. Require mandatory "diversity psychological testing", much like lie detectors, to verify the psychological responses of law enforcement personnel in dealing with different ethnicities.
4. Make police brutal fatalities/harm punishable by prison and loss of funds. No grand jury trials allowed.
