Stop the hypocrisy concerning cuts in spending and the reality of the debt clock

This is a petition to implement spending cuts immediately that is evident in the reversal of the debt clock. Until the American people see a reversal in the debt clock, no real spending cuts have been implemented. The basis behind getting spending under control is to pay down the debt, not reduce the amount of debt the American people incur for future spending. It's time for politicians in America to become fiscally responsible and only fund programs that can be paid by no more than 80% of revenue that is currently being collected. No new taxes on the American people should be implemented to allow for more spending. This would leave 20% of revenue to go toward paying off America's debt. Debt clock reversal is the only true evidence America has spending under control.
