Stop ICE from dumping illegal aliens in other states than where initially caught

We need to stop ICE from dumping and/or transporting illegal immigrants to other states than where they were caught without prior authorization from the Governor of the state. Currently they are processing illegal aliens and litterally shipping them to states where they have no connections to family. They are dumping hundreds and hundreds of women and children in Arizona bus stations with no money,no food, water or clothing in over 100 degree temperatures! Most are from Central America. They expect to have them show up for a hearing in another state at some future date! What happens to them in the meantime??? Theyare sitting at Greyhound bus stations with no where to go!
