The US Government stands behind it's completely absurd "no medical benefits" standpoint. However if this is the case, why does the US Government continue to cultivate, harvest, process and distribute Medical Marijuana to several remaining patients? This facility located at the University of Mississippi is, by the Governments own accord, illegal and thus in the process of cultivating and distributing these schedule 1 drug, is itself breaking its own laws.
The Government is NOT above its own laws.
