stop the illegal towing of Western Towing Company and any other illegal towing company.

This company, along with others, have been extorting money by illegally towing cars. They wait for people to leave their cars and walk off of private property so they can tow and charge extreme rates. I was a paying costumer of a shopping center and I left to go get something to eat. They put up two signs that were hidden saying that those parked here will me towed. None in my party saw this sign and, when we returned, my car was gone. They left no postage to tell me where my car was, which is illegal as well. They have no right to tow in this area because the private businesses do not want them to tow. They have no ones approval. They caused danger for those they towed because many had to walk from the shopping center to the towing place, through a known dangerous area with no lighting.
