Children born in the United States should NOT be given U.S. citizenship when the parents of that child is/are visiting the U.S., legally or not.
PERIOD.
Also, the costs for prenatal and/or postnatal care should be billed to and paid for by the parents.
The taxpayers of the United States (and/or local jurisdictions) should NOT be given the burden of paying for the childbirth of parents who travel to the U.S., many of which do so to gain residency by virtue of their child being born on U.S. soil.
Either:
1. Enforce current laws regarding such events, or,
2. Create/Enforce laws that limit how U.S. citizenship is bestowed upon newborns in this country.
